Outfit | Robe rouge

Hey! A few weeks ago Mirte and I made pictures. I wore a green jacket from H&M and a black scarf. My skirt is from Brandy Melville and my sweater is from Monki. And as usual my H&M boots. My pictures didn't work out very well. I'll make a lot of pictures with Christmas. I can't wait until Christmas! :) So these are the three pictures that weren't that bad. ;) xoxo, Esther

First things first. Heels are terrible to walk with. This might all seem really carefree. But in reality, it hurts. A lot. Especially when you're not used to it, like me. Fake it 'till you make it ;). However, these heels, lets say boots that is a better word, are amazing. They make a very welcome statement. Like, who doesn't love a good statement. Talking about statements, there is a Christmas gala at my school next week. Now that hasn't got anything to do with a statement of course, but a necklace does. I've ordered a total black dress with three quarter sleeves. Which is a bit plain and that is where the statement necklace comes in the picture. Only my problem is, shall I go for a statement necklace or a bit more of a subtle necklace (Not too subtle though. It has to be visible.)? I'm wearing the heels from this post and a panty underneath. I think I'm going for a subtle one because I feel like the shoes and dress are already a bit crass and when I add a big crass necklace it won't look sweet anymore. I'll post the final outfit in a few days/weeks.

A day in Arnhem

Hey! A week ago I went to Arnhem with Charmaine. We are friends for 13 years now and we see each other sometimes in the weekends or vacations. We decided to go to Arnhem, a city in the Netherlands. We made some pictures there. It was a great day and I had a lot of fun with Charmaine! :) xoxo, Esther.

Sunday, funday

 

 

 Hey! Last Sunday, Esther and I made outfit foto's again. We also made some foto's for a school project. It's a longer lasting project and it takes the whole (school ) year. So there will be some more inbetween every now and then. The intension is that we think more about angles and light and not 'just' make a picture. Most of the time we already do that, so it isn't a lot of extra work.
We made  the pictures at different locations as you probably can tell. I like the ones at the train track the best because of the light and also because they are spontanius and kinda awkward/ funny.

My outfit is very simple and comfy and it's very nice to wear on colder days. The same thing for Esthers outfit. Though, I am still looking for a scarf beacuse I haven't got one that fits the coat I'm wearing in the pictures.

A day in Utrecht

Hey everyone, I went to Utrecht last week. A city in the Netherlands. I made some pictures there and wanted to show them to you. It was a great day. Bye, bye! Esther :)

For me, there is only one day of school left before autumn break starts and I'm looking forward too it. Friday, right after school, me and my family are going to a themepark and we are staying there until Monday morning. I'm also planning on doing a bit of reading.

Anyway, lately I've been really into long coats (and cardigans too actually). I saw them a couple of times on We Heart and Instagram and I immediately loved them. The ones above are more for spring, and maybe fall too, than for winter. In The Netherlands at least ;). For winter I would still want a long coat but a thicker one. I prefer a dark blue or a grey one. I like the babypink ones too but they might make me look a bit pale and if it is snowing that is not going to look good. Do you like long coats too?

Outfit | Cozy autumn

Hello! Time for a new blogpost. This outfit is very simple but the scarf makes the outfit complete. My oversized scarf is from Primark and is just the coziest scarf I've ever owned. I wear it with a grey tie from Monki. My shoes are from H&M and are my new obsession. Don't you just love autumn? :) xx Esther
